Jay G. Meunier,
B.A., LL.B.
JAY G. MEUNIER, B.A.; LL.B Jay G. Meunier, B.A.; LL.B.,
was called to the Bar in 1995 and is a graduate of the Faculty of the
University of Moncton. Mr. Meunier's preferred area of practice includes
motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, corporate law and matrimonial
litigation. Mr. Meunier handles Trials, Hearings, Motions, Appeals, Applications
and Mediation.
Mr. Meunier has acted in the past as a facilitator for the pilot public
information sessions on the Child Support Guidelines offered through the
Ministry of the Attorney General. In March, 2001 Mr. Meunier was appointed
for a two year term by the Office of the Children's Lawyer to the Children's
Lawyer Personal Rights Panel in the District of Cochrane to represent
children in matters pertaining to custody/access, child protection, adoption
consent and minor parent cases.
Active in his community, Mr. Meunier dedicates a great deal time of his
time to various charitable organizations.
Mr. Meunier is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. He is
fluent in English, French and Spanish and serves clients throughout the
Province of Ontario.
